Thanks Prajwal. I had seen those instruction earlier, and tried to follow them, but the Language Group was missing. i added a new Review Tab, and was then able to turn the Translator off.

Whenever Im reading an email (in US-English from US senders), the Mini-translator pops up when my cursur os over a word. I cannot seem to turn it off. I got rid of the langauge section in the review tab, but that doesnt do it. I must have toggled it on inadvertantly.
